Fall 2020 GABTO Conference

Our Fall conference will be held October 21st & 22nd at Unicoi State Park & Lodge. GABTO has been given a room rate of $109.00 per night plus tax and fees for run of the house rooms. One and two-bedroom cabins are also available. One-bedroom cabins are $119 per night plus taxes and fees and the two-bedroom cabins are $149 plus taxes and fees. In addition to the rates set forth above, there will be a daily Lodge fee of $10 per room per night.

We have a block of 8- rooms reserved and we anticipate they will go fast! The deadline to book is September 23, 2019. To reserve your room, call 1-800-573-9659 and identify yourself as a BAGTO member to obtain our rate. The room block will only be held until September 23, 2019.

Also keep in mind, if conference registration is received after October 1, 2019, you are required to pay a $25 late fee and we will not accept any registration after October 8,2019. There will be NO registration fees collected at the conference. Please understand that these deadlines are to ensure a successful conference for every attendee. The conference fee is $125 and will include breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday and any training materials.

Please complete and return your conference registration forms to Terry Reese by the previously stated deadlines. If you have not paid your 2019 membership dues, there is space on the registration form to pay them along with your conference fees. Be sure to reserve your room ASAP!.
