Conference Letter.
Our Fall Conference will be held on October 24th & 25th - Monday and Tuesday - at Lake Lanier.
GABTO has been given a room rate of $199.00 per night plus tax and fees. We have a block of 70 rooms reserved, which we anticipate going quickly. The deadline to book is September 15, 2022. Should you need a room for dates other than October 23rd & 24th you must call to make reservations or you may email your reservations to reservations@lanierislands.com.
The room block will only be held until September 15, 2022. All reservations must be guaranteed by the individual with a credit card. Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance or reservations will be charged to GABTO’s master account, which CANNOT happen. If conference registration is received after September 15, 2022, you are required to pay a $25.00 late fee, and we will not accept any registration after September 15, 2021. There will be NO registration fees collected at the conference. Please understand that these deadlines are to ensure a successful conference for every attendee. The conference fee is $125.00 and includes breakfast, snacks, and lunch Monday and Tuesday and any training materials.
We are still working on the agenda, but the tentative agenda includes the following: Alcohol law discussion with the experts, Michael Sard, David Dyal, and Wright Banks; occupation tax expert Les Schneider; Georgia Department of Public Health; Department of Community Health, Medical Composite Board, and an open forum. Once the agenda has been finalized you will be provided a copy.
Please complete and return your conference registration forms online at GABTO.org. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, you can send your payment to Terry Reese. If you have not paid your 2022 membership dues, there is space on the registration form or online to pay them along with your conference fees. Be sure to reserve your room as soon as possible!
